FAMILY FAVORITE MEAT LOAF
Ingredients
½ cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium cooking onion, diced
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
¼ cup water
½ cup brown sugar
Directions
Mix together first six ingredients. Place in large loaf pan. Make a deep ditch down center of loaf not quite to end, pushing mixture up to sides. Mix remaining four ingredients together mixing until sugar feels dissolved. Pour into ditch then pat meat mixture over top. Bake 1 hour.
