CHICKEN "A LA" PEARL
Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth
1 packaged stuffing mix
1 can cream chicken soup
½ cup milk
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Boil chicken in broth for 15 minutes. Prepare the stuffing mix according to directions on box, but use broth for liquid.
Lay chicken in 9 x 13" pan. Mix last three ingredients and pour over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing. Bake ¾ hour. Cover and bake another 15 minutes.
Use with "Oven Fried Rice" recipe.
